Lavender Meditation Full Moon Ritual

Ingredients

  • Lavender essential oil or dried lavender flowers

  • A lavender-scented candle

  • A comfortable meditation space

  • A piece of amethyst or clear quartz crystal (optional)

Procedure

Preparation: Find a peaceful and quiet space for meditation. Place the lavender-scented candle in front of you, and if you have a crystal, hold it in your hand.

Meditation: Light the lavender-scented candle and sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take deep, calming breaths. Inhale the soothing scent of lavender as you visualize a lavender field under the full moon.

Herbal Empowerment: If you have lavender essential oil (with a carrier oil), apply a drop to your temples or pulse points. Let the calming energy of lavender envelop you, promoting relaxation and clearing your mind.

Intuitive Reflection: As you meditate, reflect on your intuitive goals. What do you seek to understand or uncover? Allow any intuitive insights to come to you during this tranquil meditation.

Closing: Express gratitude for the guidance received during this ritual. Blow out the candle, and if you used a crystal, cleanse it with lavender oil or moonlight. Carry the crystal with you as a reminder of your intuition-building journey.
