Mugwort Dreamwork Full Moon Ritual

Do this ritual during a full moon.

Ingredients:

  • Mugwort leaves or dried mugwort

  • A white candle

  • A small journal or dream diary

  • A comfortable space for meditation

Procedure:

Preparation: Begin by setting up a quiet and comfortable space for yourself. Light the white candle and sit in a relaxed position.

Meditation: Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Visualize a bright, full moon illuminating the night sky. Imagine its gentle light surrounding you with a protective and intuitive energy.

Herbal Infusion: Brew a cup of mugwort tea. As you sip the tea, focus on the intention of enhancing your intuition. Feel the warmth of the tea infusing your body with its wisdom.

Dream Journal: After finishing your tea, write down your intention for the ritual in your journal. Then, write down any dreams, impressions, or insights that come to you during this ritual. Mugwort is known to enhance dream recall and lucid dreaming, which can help you access your intuitive wisdom.

Closing: Thank the moon, mugwort, and your higher self for their guidance. Blow out the candle and keep your dream journal by your bedside to continue recording your intuitive experiences.
