Rosemary Full Moon Bath Ritual

Ingredients:

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs or dried rosemary

  • Epsom salt

  • A bathtub

  • A white or lavender candle (optional)

  • French Press

Procedure

Preparation: Fill your bathtub with warm water. Add a handful of Epsom salt and the rosemary sprigs or dried rosemary. If you have a white or lavender candle, place it near the tub. PRO TIP: Use a french press or pour-over coffee filter to create a tea with the dried rosemary rather than adding it directly to the bath. This can help you avoid clogging the drain!

Bathing: Step into the bath and immerse yourself in the water. Close your eyes and take deep breaths, inhaling the aroma of rosemary. Visualize the full moon's light cleansing and rejuvenating your energy.

Intuitive Connection: Allow your mind to wander as you soak. Focus on your intuition and any intuitive insights you seek. Feel the rosemary and Epsom salt purifying and aligning your energy.

Meditation: You can light the candle if you wish and meditate for a few minutes in the bath. Reflect on any intuitive messages or guidance that may arise.

Closing: When you're ready, step out of the bath, feeling refreshed and spiritually connected. Express gratitude for the moon, rosemary, and the intuitive wisdom gained during the ritual.
